Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases unless the item is unused and in its original packaging — in which case the buyer covers return shipping. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
